145 Alive is an activity event to promote the use of 2m FM simplex.

Regional nets operate on 2m (on FM and, for the first time in 2026, SSB) across the British Isles over several hours on a chosen day, several times per year, and anyone is welcome to call in and get as many contacts as possible. Just get on the air!
