145 Alive is an activity event to promote the use of 2m FM simplex.
Regional nets are established across the UK on a chosen day over a period of several hours, and anyone is welcome to call in and get as many contacts as possible. Just get on the air!
145 Alive is currently coordinated via the Facebook group 145 ALIVE ACTIVITY EVENT GROUP. As of mid-September 2024, the number of people joining the Facebook site had nearly reached 3000.
However, for the benefit of those who do not use Facebook, but may still be interested in the event, this webpage has been set up. Magic pixies will endeavour to update this site with information in the run-up to each event.

ALL NET CONTROLLERS- Please check the Net Sheet added by John Alexander. It shows the Net Frequencies and any slight amends or corrections will be noted and the FINAL List posted at the Weekend. Please use the time between now and the Event (29.9.24) to promote the 145 Alive Event on any networks, and to Clubs/ friends and colleagues you know. We can all help to get the message out and to promote Activity on 145FM Simplex. Thanks. Mark M0XIC
