 However, for the benefit of those who do not use Facebook, but may still be interested in the event, this webpage has been set up.
+**Frequency assignment** - Net Controller: If there is undue interference to your assigned frequency on the day you will use your local knowledge to move frequency. If you do move then please post your new frequency on the FB Page.
+**Logs** - Net Controllers: please submit your log after the event in an ADIF format ( most logging programmes will do that and send t to [email protected]
+**Net Controllers Guidelines** - These should run as a 'Net' and not as a purely 'Check in' Event.
+The intention is to include people and give them a chance to work others on the net that they can hear.
+**Photos and video** - Please take some photos etc of your activities and post them on the FB page to inspire others.
